Hi all! I went to a cool fabric/thrift store near me and they happened to be selling a functional and tested Singer 500a for the low price of $35! Now, it came with a lot of things, but what I liked the most was the fact that it came with original carry case sans the plastic base. I've been searching so hard for a plastic base so I can actually use the carrying case, but so far I have had no luck. I was wondering if anyone here knew of a website or any place I could find this elusive Rocketeer plastic base?
