Needle position lever stuck, 0 mouvement.

Hello, I posted last week that I scored this bernina 530-2 which is in fairly great condition. However, after oiling and cleaning the machine, the needle position lever remains stuck. Anyone knows a fix for this one? Aside from this issue, the machine seems to be in great working condition.
