Mousey, neotenous-faced women vs mature, 'womanly' featured-women — in what ways can these be distinguished and harnessed:

It seems the consensus on what makes a person 'attractive' (apart from common shared characteristics such as good health, diet, and body weight) is often linked to 'womanliness' on this sub. I'm curious to hear what those with more neotenous, mousey, girlish features do to harness the potential there. Do you have any specifics that work for you?

I'm personally high contrast (dark hair, light skin, amber-green eyes) with a less stereotypically 'womanly' body (small breasts, 5'6", only a little curvy, bigger thighs - I've been mistaken for 16, so sexualising myself as a woman feels very hard). I also have highly neotenous feminine features, but lack almost all markers of a 'developed' or grown woman facially despite being in my twenties. How could someone find advantages with that foundation?

Lots of resources are available on here for the 'fox' look, or harnessing maturity and 'seduction' to develop oneself, but what resources do you have/advice have you found valuable for more girlish, youthful and (I hate to say it, but) almost prepubescent bodies?

I want to develop my sexuality, allure, attraction and appeal just like every other adult woman, but feel capped due to my looks and body 'style'. I wish there was more representation or discussion about these kinds of looks; especially as a non-white girl, it's tricky to find help - so I'd love some if you have any. x
