Iām 33 but honestly, Iāve seen 50 and 60-somethings with better, perkier looking bodies than I have. I am an apple shape with huge heavy boobs and a tiny butt (tho Iām currently about 20 lbs overweight so I actually have some butt and thighs for once). I have a big āpost-menopausalā looking belly (Iām not) that hangs, like thereās a literal fold under it that didnāt used to be there, and thick stretch marks up to my belly button and across my boobs.
I need to lose some weight for health reasons (obv being overweight isnāt good for me long term). Iām going to be really sad to see what little exists of my butt and thighs go, but Iām also going to see my already pretty saggy boobs sag a LOT more (and theyāve kinda always been my only good physical trait). Plus my skin is about as elastic as tissue paper and covered in stretch marks, on my thighs, arms etc. which will show up even more after weight loss.
Iām sick of feeling so frumpy and un-youthful! Even when I was 40lbs lighter my shapeās always been awkward, and even when I worked out and did weights like 10 years ago my body looked so much less healthy and feminine than my friends who just drank and did drugs. Iām sick of it :(
What things make you feel good in your body? How have you maxxed your body in ways big and small? All advice welcomed!
No ones gonna want to hear this, but stop drinking immediately. Youāre gonna look a lot better than your peers almost instantly. Iām 37 and routinely mistaken for 25, a lot of aging is literally just because people drink so much alcohol. Cut the shit out.
