Viktor prove to be a dominant mid laner in the S11 because other mid laners are weak and not because viktor is op, especially its biggest predator the kassawin because mana builds dont exist any more and this affects mana heavy champions like Anivia, Cassiopeia and Ryze and morello can aply 60% greivous wounds i dont see how a Vlad could fight against this

Now talking about mage itemization now have easy acess to greivous wounds via oblivion orb this is
very usefull because there is tons items that provide healing like eclipse, shield bow, rift maker and goredrinker, the realation in between mages and tanks are ok mages have liandry but on the other hand tanks have force of nature. The biggest problem in mage itemization are assasins, like eclipse and prowlers claw provide SO MUCH armor pen, the amount of damage they gave to us in S10 was already high but now it is so fucking insane and zhonias was not even buffed to compete those items the only thing that a mage can do against blue kayn, zed and kha'zix is ban them
