So I've been playing viktor A LOT recently and I came up with this build and which I think is pretty decent and most of the time I end up doing the most damage. These are the runes: http://www.lolking.net/runes/embed#?selection=inspiration|8359|8304|8321|8352|sorcery|8226|8234

Build is: Corrupting potion<q augment<dark seal<e<w augment<sheen<iceborn gauntlet<mejais<ionian boots

You maximize q first as well as q as first augment. In top lane viktor does't suffer from lane pressure and can sustain easily out of kleptomancy and corrupting potion.

Pros: -You can easily buy first augment thanks to future market and the money you get from the loot. -You can kite the jungler easily due to q being your first upgrade. -Q as first and iceborn gauntlet gives a nice kit to chase and kite enemies leading to their death. -Mejais is easily stackeable with this build and hard to die if kiting correctly

Cons: -Hard to carry if ap mid is fed due to not going pure ap or mr. -might be hard to proc klepto against range top laners and not lose the trade. -gets boots until min 10 due to runes
