Surveillance systems with RTSP Cameras

Hi! I'm looking to install some cameras with a DVR system on a couple of our rental houses. Ideally, i'd love for them to have RTSP access so i can integrate them into my own home automation platform. I don't wish to do any recording in my home automation system, just view the RTSP feed. I'll leave the recording for the local DVR box.
Any suggestions?
