Upgrading an elementary school, any suggestions?

Currently, we have about 95 Axis cameras, which all, after running 24/7 for nearly 5 years, still work. So I'm keeping them! But they have been running on two Arteco branded NVR's which are now old, and frankly the Arteco software is terrible. Does anyone have suggestions on how to upgrade? I think I want to go with blue iris simply because of the cost, and then install two new NVR's, but I'm not sure what hardware to get. Any suggestions would be great!
