I've been offered a job as the lead video production person for a very large company (you've probably heard of them if you live in America).
Right now they only have some people that help out from other departments, so I would be the only full time video person.
I'm going to be shooting, editing, audio, color correction, pretty much a one man team with some outside help.
I'm going to be producing all of the video content for this company.
My goal is to do it basically on my own for maybe a year before I tell them to bring on a few other video pros I know to help me out.
Anyways, how much do you think a position like that should pay? I know it will depend on the cost of living where I'm at, so just what you think you would ask for if you were offered the job.
