Hey r/videography
I’ve been searching for tips for shooting live shows and haven’t found much online.
I have an international magician who wants me to do a two camera shoot for his show at a local performance center. He’s told me a lot of other videographers struggle with the lighting changes in his show because some parts of the show have a very bright backlit background.
I figure I would just try to expose for the faces, and let everything else fall into place around that. Any tips from people who have been in a similar situation?
