Can you power Amaran lights using these D-tap to 3-pin XLR cables?

Hey folks!

I have an Amaran 200d and a 150c, both of which use a 3-pin XLR cable to connect to AC power. However, I spotted these interesting looking cables on the Neewer website:

NEEWER NC009 D Tap to 3 Pin XLR Cable for FS150 FS150B FS230 FS230B LED Video Light

Now of course, the Neewer page says its specifically for their Neewer lights, but I wonder if anyone can tell me whether power delivery for these COB lights via XLR is standardized and whether these cables might be able to power my lights from a V-Mount battery?
