Mount for auto object tracking

Hi everyone. I'm working on a project where I need to track an object. The camera will be still, it only needs to pan. The object is a rocket, and the camera will have an antenna attached to transfer data to and from the rocket. The antennas are directional which is why I need to maintain line of sight with the rocket.
Anyone know of some mounts and software that are capable of doing this? Literally the hardest part will be keeping the camera focused on the rocket while it's moving crazy fast. Tia
