Hello guys, pretty green on the audio front. This sound is recorded using a wired lav Samsonic mic I borrowed from a friend (was a pretty cheap one I understood)
I am happy with the audio it produced. (The ticking you hear is stones on the road, not audio issues)
my plan was then buy the DJI wireless mic system to make my life easier in terms of filming and also having two mics. I then saw the cheap 7artisans one released and took the punt and bought it because it was so cheap why not try.
The sound quality is horrendous, really crackly upon further research it appears had I used the DJI or the Rode versions I would have had a similar outcome sound wise to the 7A one - I found a video on YouTube of someone in Germany using the rode one in the same manner and achieving the same poor sound (Mic mounted on license plate) how do I tackle this? Anyone have any suggestions?
For context, I am a professional photographer in other fields but I do absolutely no video work - I am experimenting in video myself and really only wanting to create some basic car based film projects for myself, hence why there is not much investment going in. Thanks
