I'm not a long time gamer, and the only games that aren't considered "cozy games" I've ever gotten that into are the ones in the title; Elden Ring and Breath of the Wild. I really love the combination of the combat and the gorgeous natural open worlds. I know both games have exceptionally good open worlds compared to many others, so I know I might not get the same quality from another game, but I'm open to trying whatever! My only major limitation with games is that I'm not a huge fan of platformers. I'm up for trying new things and don't need the gameplay to be remarkably similar to Elden Ring or BOTW, especially cuz it sounds like very few similar games are considered up to that standard. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

(Also, it's not a must have in the game, but I love riding the horses in both of those games because it feels like a nice compromise between fast-traveling and just running around anywhere, plus it's cute, so if any of your suggestions have something like that, it's a huge bonus to me!!)
