Can’t really play multiplayer games anymore.

So the older Ive gotten the less I enjoy multiplayer games. I don’t know why I don’t know if it could be because of my anxiety and it’s just getting worse as I get older or what. But I’m just wondering anyone else go through this and if you did if you still are or if you found someway around it. Thanks in advance.
I forgot to put this in the original post. It’s not just competitive multiplayer is all multiplayer even COOP games.
