When I was 8, my mom let me and my sister sleep next to her on their bed since dad was gonna be at work the whole night. Before I slept, I was watching DANTDM playing Among The Sleep and there were 5 minutes left of the video so I told my mom I was gonna sleep in 5 minutes to watch the whole video. After the 5 minutes passed, I went to bed next to my mom.

My mom asked me what I was watching and I told her I was watching a horror game. After I told her that, she started to lecture me about how God is good and how horror games are Satanic. I was Christian at the time (not anymore) but I still ignored everything she said. I knew she was being silly.

Thank God, my mom isn't like this anymore. In fact, she watches a lot of Horror movies and even let's me watch them with her! She's still Christian but doesn't think they're 'Satanic'. Sometimes, she even recommends some horror movies for me to watch. I'm honestly so glad she changed her view on Horror movies and games.
