Can't seem to conquer Schlewsig-Holstein Without Starting a World War

Basically as the title says. I'm Prussia in 1840 and all my attempts to conquer Schlewsig-Holstein result in France, Russia, the UK etc all getting dragged in on either my side or Denmark's. Is this a known part of the Prussia run or is this something odd with my save. Any advice on how to prevent this?
