I'm playing as the ottomans in pop demand mod and got the european empire choice and the decision that adds Greeks and Romanians as accepted cultures. I'm pretty sure it also said I would get ottoman cores on romanian cores and greek cores, but when I made the decision that didn't happen. Did I misread it or did I not get those cores for some reason I'm not aware of?
