As the title says, I'm a member of a group on a political Minecraft server (I won't name names as I don't want to advertise, but I'd be willing to tell more in PM if anyone is interested), and we're currently working heavily on our group's lore and general fluffstuff.

As part of this, we've divided our territory up into provinces (I'm even the governor of one!) and are wrapping up the process of giving each state, colony, and protectorate their own flags. Our server has a wiki, and we've spent a lot of time putting details here, but as most of us are big history and politics nerds, we'd like to have formal vexillological descriptions done for our flags.

By this I mean things along the lines of the "Sable, four bars Argent; the canton ermine." used to describe the Gwenn ha du - the formal vexillogical terms used to define flags.

One of our number has already spent some time attempting to make these, but found the task a bit too daunting to do it "perfectly," so I figured I'd ask for help here. Many thanks in advance for anyone willing to help! I'll post our flags in the comments, along with their names, in a bit.
