The City of New Carrollton is a DC suburban municipality based in Prince George’s County, Maryland situated right outside of the Orange Line and soon-to-be Purple Line.
An adjacent suburb, Cheverly, recently rebranded their city flag/seal, and I was inspired to give a stab at making one for New Carrollton as well.
I’m by no means an expert, this is my first ever attempt of following vexillology. Tell me your thoughts.
