Bonding in vet school
Post Body

Hey there! I’m in my first semester of veterinary school. I’ve recently started trying to hang out with classmates outside of studying, and I’ve made some friends and I’m having a great time. I basically just wanted outside opinions because I’ve been feeling weird recently about it. I’m 39 years old and most all of my friends in school are around 22-25. I don’t want to seem creepy or weird or anything you know? One of the girls I connect with the most is 22, and I’m feeling weird about telling her I’m almost 40. I don’t want anyone to think I’m being a creep lol. For what it’s worth, I’m single, no kids, and look and act like I’m 28 (or so I’ve been told lol).

Is this weird? Am I being a creepy person? Or am I overthinking it? I don’t know anyone else in town and it’s hard to not bond with the people in my class.
