Job searching! New grads and experienced DVMs, how do you job search?
Post Body

Hi lovely doctors! I am trying to gain more insight as to what key factors draw you to a specific practice. What would be your deciding factors when presented with multiple offers?

If you have ever worked with a recruiter, was is it a good or bad experience and why?

Experienced DVMS, what is the best way to approach you to inform you about new opportunities?

I currently work as a DVM recruiter and this market is tough and I seem to be hitting a wall. I've worked in this industry for 15 years, went to vet school and have worked management roles for the last 3 years. I can relate to almost every situation and person in our field.

I would love to hear from anyone and everyone as to what things I can change to make myself more appealing when contacting doctors!
