I am currently working on transitioning our practice to paperless with our avimark software. I feel like this is a better time than ever to consider a switch to a different EMR system. I've in the past used cornerstone, Infinity, Woodward, and dv max. I've been interested in some of the cloud based options too. The problems I've run into with some of these others include redundancy, appearing to be geared towards charges/financials > medical notes, and complicated user interface.

The transition to paperless within avimark will likely not be too complicated, but I still feel following medical history, client communication, previous blood work, and radiographs very difficult.

So I'm hoping to get some other opinions from people that have used these or others more efficiently. Thanks in advance.
