why is Verizon 5g Home slower than my 5g that my phone connects to?

I am trying the home internet and figured that since I get 400mbps down on average, that I wouldn't have any issue getting the 300mbps that they said I could get up to on the plan. Being connected to the router, close by and in the same spot I get 400mbps down, I get 130mbps speed wise. This is half my current internet speed and makes no sense to me. I would think the box would have better antennas than my phone and connect to a stronger signal. Am I missing something here?
