Hello there folks - I am hoping someone could provide me with some advice if that's okay.

I am the primary for my VZW account and I have 3 phones 1 tablet line each on an unlimited plan (2 Get Mores, 1 Do More, 1 Tablet). It's for my immediate family and myself.

My grandparents are in their 80s and using basic prepaid phones. My grandfather is about to undergo a variety of medical procedures, and he's having trouble communicating with his doctor without the ability to use QR codes, picture messaging, or medical apps.

Without taking too much of your time - I am just looking to see what kind of options I have right now to add 2 lines for them. I'd like to get the cheapest/free iPhones I could, but I really truly only need limited data on the lines.

Any advice is appreciated. I went to the VZW Online chat and had the most confusing conversation with a Chat. Rep. I do have screenshots, the person could not understand what I was asking and I was quite sad.
