port out port in activation hell

Ported out Thursday (June 6/9), tried porting back in Saturday (June 6/11). Haven't been able to bc the line has a "disconnect" status that isn't allowing them to move out. Waited the 24hours they asked for, still have to wait "more". They've created a ticket but no one knows the turn around. Spoken to at least 50 people at Verizon. Any help on who to speak to?
Spoken to port activation, win back, tech, sales, customer care. Probably more departments since no one knows what's going on.
