I have Fios. The best of the best internet. After a storm, the internet going out for an hour and my boyfriend messing with the equipment, my internet has been wonky.
Example; whenever we play a YouTube video, it buffers, starts the video at the lowest quality and keeps buffering to load the rest of the video. It takes a good minute to load the entire video. Another example is Twitch emotes are not loading in like they use to. Some things take longer to load or don't load at all.
I've cleared out my cookies and cache, spent an hour on the phone with a rep doing all of these things to fix the issue, switched ethernet cables and nothing has been resolved. My boyfriend said he unplugged the jack cord from the ONT box and plugged it back in and restarted the router a few times. Verizon rep says everything looks good on their end.
At this moment, I'm at my wits end and not sure what to do. It's starting to affect my streams as well. I'm not sure if it's an internet issue or computer issue, but I'm leaning towards internet issue due to the fact that the issue arose at the same time on both PCs.
If anyone has experienced this or have any idea on what's going on, please tell me. I appreciate it! Thanks!
