Hello! My co-worker has had the same old Samsung Intensity 2 slide phone for the past 13-14 years that I've known him.
Just recently it seems to have shit the bed. When he goes to charge it, the screen will turn white and stay white for a little bit, then turn back to black eventually before making a little noise (the same noise that indicates the battery is fully charged).
His pictures are on the SD card, but he's worried about how he'll get his contacts off the phone. He's on his wife's Verizon account, and there's no SIM card in his phone. Will his contacts transfer over when he gets a new phone? Or is there any way to save them off his old phone?
