My house is deep within my subdivision. My house typically gets 1-2 bars of very usable 5g or LTE.
It’s in between macro towers. Should I hold out hope for a C-Band small/micro cell to be put up nearby to fill in the macro tower gaps? Or accept that I’ll probably never get C-Band coverage at the house? For reference it takes .5-.75 miles in all directions to get out of my subdivision.
Here in metro Detroit I’ve seen tons of LTE small cells pop up nearly every other block so I can’t imagine they aren’t looking into adding small sites to fill in the patches
Are the LTE small cells getting upgraded or will C band sites be separate?
