hey folks, I've seem to run into an issue utilizing verizons network to the fullest. I was in a verizon corporate store where there was a ultrawide node in store, and I was pulling at most 300mbs download, while some of the devices I ran a speed test on were getting 1 to 2 gbs download speed. My phone is the u1 factory unlocked model and for some strange reason it's showing up as a global unlocked model on my account. when I was with att I had to call level 2 tech support when I wasn't even getting 5g or lte plus. what the att rep had to do was mismatch serial numbers or imei on my account just for my phone to get 5g, so instead of a question mark it was a galaxy a52 which there system recognized. Now I'm on verizon and I'm having the same issue, I contacted level 2 support and they thoughts it was odd and put a ticket in for me. I'm at the point now where I'm trying to get help from people who don't know anything including tech support who told me I didn't have a 5g sim or since my phone wasn't a verizon device that it doesn't support it. The only thing I haven't tried was flashing my firmware to verizon to see if that would fix my issue, I already have it downloaded and I know how to flash without wiping my data. is there anyone here that knows something?????
