Gear S2 Promo: Verizon told PrizeLogic(Samsung Promo Company) that Business account is not eligible for S2 promo?

Hello,
So.. I preordered S7 Edge on 2/23 from Verizon wireless business account and submitted claim for Gear S2 on 3/8. two weeks ago I received Gear VR instead of the watch. PrizeLogic(PL) told me that Verizon didn't approve my location code to be eligible for S2 watch! anyone else on Verizon business account had the same or different experience?
