Just picked up Verizon’s home internet, I was wondering if anyone else had issues updating their profile. I’m a new customer so I had to create an account. I’m trying to register my home internet on my account but after getting a few steps ahead into it, there was an error message saying I wouldn’t be able to continue on an iPhone. So I booted up my laptop and it allowed me further into the process. However I’m only getting error messages when they try to send me a verification code. After trying over and over, I got a prompt saying I reached the maximum number of tries, try again in 24 hours. That was yesterday, same thing today. So I can’t do it on an iPhone and my laptop gives me error messages at a certain step. Customer service got locked out after trying to help so there’s nothing on Verizon’s end to do. When these next 24 hours are up, what should I do?
