Hey everyone,
I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same frustration I am with trying to make a payment on Verizon's website. I've been a Verizon FiOS customer for about four months now, and I've found it ridiculously difficult to simply pay my bill online.
Every time I try to input my information, I'm met with an error message saying, "Looks like the page moved." Seriously, what the heck? It's beyond frustrating, especially considering how crucial it is to pay bills on time.
To add insult to injury, the internet service itself hasn't even been up to par. I switched from Spectrum thinking Verizon would be better, but now I'm seriously regretting that decision.
At this point, I'm strongly considering ending my contract with Verizon solely because of this payment situation. Has anyone found a workaround or experienced similar issues? I'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks!
