Is this normal -
We ported 4 lines out and transferred one to a new owner. One of the ported out lines had Apple One. We cancelled February 22nd and our billing cycle flipped February 27th. Our final bill came and went (autopayed) and we have a zero balance since.
One of the former plan members had an Apple One Subscription through Verizon. She still does. When she attempts to check her Apple One Subscription on her Apple ID, it says "managed by Verizon."
We don't want to get in trouble but - is she just going to have Apple One forever? We haven't been billed anything and a cycle has lapsed since the final bill paid. We called and they said the account is closed.
