I just switched from AT&T to Verizon a couple of weeks ago after dealing with below-average data coverage and speeds for years.
In the coverage map, I'm surrounded by 5G Ultra Wideband but all I'm getting is LTE on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.
I brought my phone and number over from AT&T. I had an eSim with AT&T, but when I went to activate service with Verizon it said I couldn't use an eSim and had to get a physical sim so I did.
Is there anything I can or should do within settings, either in the My Verizon app or on my iPhone to improve coverage? According to the coverage map, I should be getting noticeable better coverage than I was with AT&T, yet the LTE seems to be even worse than what I was getting with AT&T.
Edit: Asked too prematurely, found out my problem after a bit more digging. I had both my Verizon SIM and AT&T eSIM activated in my cellular settings, even though the AT&T eSIM was shut off and had no service. Deleted the eSIM completely and that seemed to help tremendously.
