Just received my kit but can't complete the initial setup. I'm only at the testing phase.

The instructions for when to start pairing to my phone are not clear. In some cases it says to wait for receiver light to flash blue, in others it says to start this just after powering on the receiver. I've tried pairing with flashing and steady white light. The only time I get blue lights is when I manually pair via my phone's blue tooth menu.

No matter what I've tried the Verizon app gets stuck at the pairing screen and eventually times out. Not sure if it should somehow auto-pair.

I stumped the people at phone support and am awaiting a follow up call.
