Hello r/venturecapital,
I am new here! I am fortunate enough to have a job interview with a venture capital firm. I figure some of you may have experience working at a Venture Capital firm. Your advice and tips are greatly appreciated (:
I have a “junior mba” degree (unique to my university). I have launched (and failed) at coordinating a financial-technology venture at my university with two software developers. I have launched a network marketing campaign with over a dozen on my team. I have a bit of experience in digital marketing. I manage finances currently with spreadsheets and memos. I also have made plenty of connections (mentors, advisors etc) at more than a dozen networking events and conferences.
What questions would you ask in my position? And what would help me standout as a candidate?
