At the current job I work at I've had to cover people's shifts that either weren't talked about previously or just dropped on me, or told that in order to get my days I want off covered I need to cover someone's whole week, coming up this week end it one of the days I've ask for off and done what I needed to to get it covered, and now I'm the bad guy cause I'm "asking for too much time off" my co worker is legit telling me he's annoyed about me asking for time when he wanted his week off covered by me cause he needs time for himself... how is it that when I try to do the necessary shit to get my shifts covered I get shit on but everyone else expects to have their needs met....
