Being stood up on a date sucks

So this guy was supposed to take me out on out "first date" Friday. And he stood me up. I mean he had a reason but didn't tell me until I was already dressed and at the place we were supposed to meet at. Like I'm not mad that he didn't come, but I'm mad that I spent 2 &1/2-3 hours getting ready (curling my hair, makeup, shaved my legs, ect) and excited and then poof. Nothing. No date. Just sucks. Having not had any meaningful date this year due to just being busy (and a little apathetic) and it's very inconsiderate to not send me a fucking text saying you won't be there.
