Interviewed for a senior position in my organization on Thursday, had a 2nd round interview on Monday... It's Wednesday now and I think they will fill the position on this coming Monday.. because the process is moving so fast and next Monday is only 3 work days away...me not hearing anything since the 2nd round on Monday makes believe I didn't get the job 😞... I can make up many scenarios that keep me in the running and those where I'm eliminated...but I just hate not knowing... I guess I'll know soon enough.
