44f 49m. Not really asking for advice. I don’t have a lot of people to talk about it. So I have an ex that were kind of friends with benefits situation and he messaged me the other morning asking me if I wanted to hang out and I said yeah that was fine and he came and got me. We went to his house and I could tell that he had been drinking , so I was kind of already on alert. He does have a problem with alcohol so we get there and kind of just you know doing things around like to go to the bathroom and I go sit down and start taking my shoes off or whatever and then I go to the restroom. He stopped me, put his hand on my neck, and started choking me Now mind you we the whole choking thing is fine. I’ve never had a problem with it before but this is different between the alcohol and his demeanor. I guess he just kept choking until I blacked out and I wound up on the floor when I woke up, I was very disoriented and I very shortly after that I called somebody to come pick me up right after he passed out and I haven’t really talk to him since then, I do you have marks on my neck? I’m not really sure if he even remembers me being there or anything that happen. I was very scared and shaken. I left and waited around the corner to be picked up.
