I’ve been suicidal and so on and even have gone fully with serious attempts with suicide. Today my father admitted to me that he has been suicidal a lot and also been thinking about it. (He get helps now professionally) I feel so sad and devastated. What if my attempting has triggered him? It feels like it’s my fault somehow. :(
