I'm 26 m I'm working a factory job for little over 3 years now I make 14 an hour and haven't gotten a raise in over a year. Now I haven't over 40 hours in the past 8 months and its hurting bad. I'm struggling so bad its not fun bearly able to my bills and honestly its taken a toll on my mental health. I just feel like evertime I get ahead in my life something all ways pull my 20 steps back and idk what to do anymore...
