I have recently signed up for Venmo through a PayPal promotion and the help articles on help.venmo.com are inaccurate or cannot be accessed by regular users.
When contacting customer support, constantly get a different person to respond which causes additional frustrations where they didn't read the issue at hand and provide information not relevant to the issue. This only causes longer wait time till the next person responds and they only choose to send those help articles which are completely broken.
My original issue was figuring out how to purchase from websites online using Venmo as it's an included feature, however I was no closer to figuring that out from after dealing with multiple support agents. I have provided my experience here to document everything I have tried and all the frustrating experiences with support.
