Venmo has been slowly getting worse and worse

Got it like two years ago. Used it for pretty much the early direct deposit function. But this past year. I haven't been able to instantly quick add funds to the debit card. And now can't instant transfer funds to bank anymore. What's going on? Literally on the same account for years and no problems. Are these apps just losing access to certain functionality?
