Error with sending money?

So, I'm trying to send some cash to a friend, and I keep getting the following error:
"Error please try another payment note"
I have 2 cards and a bank account across 2 banks included on my account, and all of them fail. So im fairly certain it isnt an issue on the bank's end. Any idea what this is? Venmo support won't answer me.
Also all the info is correct. I have used all these payment types in the past.
