Missing my baby

I gave a wash to my Veloster and sprayed some water on the engine as well Polished it inside out And next day, engine light came up flashing. After getting it diagnosed, got to know that the knock sensor is the problem. I haven't been able to drive it for last 3 days and I'm dying. Still waiting for an update on it. Not sure if it's because of the water sprayed on engine or it's just bad luck
