This is my second school year being vegetarian and last year I basically solely ate the school's cheese pizza every lunch which obviously did not make me feel very good. I'm trying to start making my own lunch at home but I am insanely lazy and need quick options that require little to no cooking, mostly just chopping and assembly to be able to do it in the morning. So far for options I have veggie hummus wrap, chips & salsa, pancakes & maple syrup, yogurt w fruit and almonds, salad, pb&j, and caprese salad. What other options would y'all reccomend?
