I've been almost entirely veg for almost 3 months. My wife was flex and we found meals we could do with and without meat. But recently the smell and taste of meat is really offending her. And I believe we're about to go full veg.
Ok, cool right? Maybe, maybe not. See every year we've hosted Thanksgiving. I always went full out. This year I wasn't looking forward to making the dinner, but planned to as it's been kind of a tradition. Only now, not only am I not eating meat, my wife isn't either. And if we aren't, I'm not spending the money or time on the bird for guests. Which means a whole new menu has to be planned.
Sure I could just replace the turkey and keep most everything else the same, but this is an opportunity to really make a statement for dinner. So I am coming to you all wanting to hear all of your celebration dinner ideas.
Namaste 🙏
