Right this is embarrassing. I use to have a terrible diet and recently decided to go veggie but the gas, jesus christ. My frequency has shot up and the smell can be a little gross. I just want to know if this is normal and will pass after my body gets used to it? What I eat a day is Breakfast: Special K w/milk, banana, apple, orange Snack: Greek yogurt w/blueberries Lunch: Bean salad w/ spinach, jalapeños, sweet potato Snack: Tomato and cucumber on a slice of wholegrain toast with a bowl of brocolli w/ houmous Dinner: Tofu and brown rice w/ peas, carrots, cauliflower. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
